The International Association for Human Values is dedicated to creating a Stress-Free Violence-Free society. The IAHV Yogathon is a fundraising event for programs that empower our youth to succeed no matter what situations, opportunities or challenges they come across. In addition to youth, the Yogathon is also fundraising for programs that benefit our veterans by providing them with tools to relieve post traumatic stress, and restore emotional balance as they reintegrate their lives.
